It’s one thing to launch a new brand campaign. It’s another thing to launch it right. And that means making sure everyone in the organization not only understands what it’s all about, but knows how to make it happen.
For AGS, we created and executed our Brand Boot Camp - a 90-minute session for AGS marketing employees during which we immersed them in the background and context of the new campaign, and then gave them a live, hands-on project to complete in separate breakout sessions.
It was like a mashup of America’s Got Talent and a creative presentation. Everyone made it to the next round.
